How can I book a vacation home with Romulus et Remus?

You can book directly through our website. Simply enter your stay dates, choose your preferred accommodation, and complete the booking in just a few clicks. You will receive an immediate confirmation via email with all the details.

Do I need to pay the full amount at the time of booking?

It depends on the selected rate. Some rates require full payment in advance, while others allow you to pay a deposit and settle the balance before arrival. You will find all payment options at the time of booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer.

Can I modify my booking dates?

Yes, if availability allows. Please contact us as soon as possible to check for alternative options. Price differences may apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

It depends on the selected rate:

    • Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
    • Non-refundable rate: No refunds in case of cancellation.

What time can I check in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards.

What time do I need to check out on departure day?

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

How does check-in work?

We offer a secure and convenient self check-in: before your arrival, you will receive a code and all the necessary instructions to access the accommodation independently. Alternatively, we can arrange an in-person check-in upon request.

Can I host people who are not included in the booking?

For security reasons and to comply with regulations, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. If you need to add a guest, please contact us in advance.

No, all our accommodations are 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but some properties have designated outdoor areas where smoking is permitted.

Are pets allowed?

Can I host parties or events in the apartments?

No, to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

Yes, all our properties are located in strategic areas of Rome, close to bus, metro, and train stops, making it easy to get around the city.

Is an airport transfer service available?

Yes, upon request, we can arrange a private transfer service from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports directly to the apartment.

Is parking available near the accommodations?

It depends on the property: some homes have private parking or agreements with nearby parking facilities. Contact us for details based on your selected accommodation.
